MP_per_09 REFLECTIVE ONESELF is the third part of a larger project entitled ‘Reflective Diary’, and the first performance of a three.
The first part of the project’Reflective Diary’ was sound/light installation  MP_ins_01 REFLECTIVE REALITY, and the second part of the project was exhibition  MP_exp_10 REFLECTIVE MIND.

M & P stood in the completely dark gallery, M to the left and P to the right of the projecting wall, with their backs to the audience and faces to the projection. The performance began when the video projection started. The video projection, with loud sound, presented the MP_ins_01REFLECTIVE REALITY documentary video. When the video projection began, an image of M appeared on the projection wall. At that moment, P moved to a position in front of the projection and watched M on the wall. While he was moving, a loud laugh rang out. P remained in front of the projection until the subject of the projection changed. In the next sequence, the camera moved from M to P; P moved out in front of the wall’s projection and M moved into position. She watched P on the projection wall… The sound of electronic laughing constantly followed the movements of M and P… The performance finished when P and M disappeared from the projection and when M and P moved into the audience…
The performance symbolically represented the internal reality of projection (the past, the present) and external reality in front of the projection (only the present). M and P were reflected in both realities, in both times… In the context of MP’s life and works, time and their reflections of themselves have equal power as the fight for existence.
