Since communication with Marina has still not been established, M and P have decided to patiently wait for her in prominent galleries and museums worldwide, wherever their travels may take them. The next installment in the ‘Čekajući Marinu’ (Waiting for Marina) series of performances took place at the MACRO Museo d’Arte Contemporanea Roma in Rome, Italy. Seated in a seiza position, facing each other in the center of the ‘Red Auditorium’ on the first floor of the museum, M and P focused on Marina while recording their positions and documenting the performance with their mobile phones. A small audience observed the scene, but did not actively participate, while others went about their own way. After approximately 5 minutes of patiently waiting for Marina, who, of course, did not appear, M and P continued their tour of the museum.

The following day, M and P repeated the same performance at the National Gallery of Modern Art, also located in Rome. This time, they sat in a seiza position in front of a long Soto Penetrable at the central entrance to the gallery. A small audience in the museum, this time showing interest, passed by the performers. Even though Marina did not appear on this occasion as well, it did not diminish the patience of M and P in continuing this series of performances. The hope and faith that Marina will someday materialize and present herself are not abandoned; in fact, they are only growing stronger.

The performance ‘Attesta di Marina’ falls under the category of meditative and spiritual, non-materialistic performances, much like those represented by Marina..
