The performance symbolically presented certain ‘shameful words,’ which commonly represent feelings of shame experienced by M and P. These words serve as allegorical expressions, alongside a red carpet in the pillory basement, symbolizing shame points relevant to all individuals in global politics and those who bear significant responsibility for our lives, including planetary issues such as wars, the economy, global warming, and more. Some of these words also carry deeply personal connotations of shame.
